Hey there!<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

I'm Boris \u2013 founder of The Whisky Kingdom and long-time whisky aficionado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I had my very first whisky tasting in 2013. Just shortly after that, I got passionate enough about it to start going to whisky festivals around Europe. For me, very few drinks compare to a dram of smoky Islay whisky. However, it's not a secret that I have a soft spot for one brand in particular. Ever since that day in 2013, I have been an avid Lagavulin fan. For this reason, you can see me at F\u00e8is \u00ccle every spring \u2013 in years when it\u2019s being held, that is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One thing led to another, and in 2018 I got the chance\u2014and honor\u2014to bottle a single cask of Lagavulin together with several fellow malt enthusiasts. In order to make it happen, I had to start a company. This is how The Whisky Kingdom was born. It was inevitable that my hobby would one day turn into a business, but I\u2019m glad my favorite whisky is what started it all. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today, The Whisky Kingdom is a place for exclusive spirits. I make sure to track down bottles of high quality that you won\u2019t typically see in a store. Every cask that I bottle together with Wu Dram Clan needs to convince us with a strong character, from nose to finish. My motto is simple: Quality before quantity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
